All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

- International: 15-30 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders. No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Rudrashiva Traders is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
